General Terms of Service.

Licensing & Credit

• Client receives exclusive, perpetual license for personal, commercial, web, and print use.

• Please credit/tag @PinkCactusPhotoAZ in all online uses.

• Pink Cactus Photography retains copyright.

Client Responsibilities

• Arrive on time with hair, makeup, and wardrobe ready.

• May bring brand specific props and/or scripts.

• Late arrivals may reduce deliverables.

• No other photographers/videographers may shoot during the session.

Photographer Responsibilities

• Provide location access (as applicable), equipment, and photography/videography services.

• Deliverables provided within 2 weeks.

• No music, special effects, or graphics will be added to video content unless agreed to in writing (extra fees may apply).

Cancellations & Refunds

• If Photographer cancels without rescheduling or replacement, payment is refunded.

• No refunds for client cancellations.

• Rescheduling subject to availability and Photographer’s discretion.

Liability

• Photographer not liable for injury, data loss, or events beyond control.

• Photographer not required to retain files more than 60 days after delivery.

Image Release

• Client grants permission to use images for portfolio, marketing, and social media.

• This release may be revoked in writing, affecting future use only.
